The Pump Up Not Out browser extension redirects restricted sites to Pump Up Not Out, helping you stay focused. It’s compatible with Chrome, Arc, and all Chromium-based browsers. Install it from the Chrome Web Store and don't forget to enable it in incognito mode for full functionality.

  2. Add the Extension to Your Browser
    1. Click the Add to Chrome button.
    2. Confirm by selecting Add Extension in the popup window.
  3. Enable in Incognito Mode
